Trueheart's Big Trip is the first half of the fourteenth episode of Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot and its Season 2 premiere.
Plot[]
Tenderheart Bear and Harmony Bear fight over if they should paint the library pink or blue. When they see True Heart Bear approaching, they agree to let True Heart decide. When they try to get True Heart Bear's attention, they cause her to trip. She falls into Amigo Bear's ice cream cart, through Cheer Bear, Share Bear, and Oopsy Bear's picnic, and then into the fountain. Tenderheart Bear and Harmony Bear rush to make sure she's alright. True Heart Bear isn't injured, so Tenderheart Bear and Harmony lBear augh about how funny True Heart's falling was. They bring this up with Cheer Bear, Share Bear, and Oopsy Bear, who also laugh. True Heart Bear is hurt by everyone laughing at her, but doesn't say anything to the others.

Surprise Bear tells Funshine Bear about True Heart Bear's fall as True Heart Bear istens in from around a building corner. Surprise Bear says that everyone's calling True Heart Bear "Stumble Bear." True Heart is upset by this news and leaves. As she walks through Care-a-Lot, various Care Bears stop her to joke about her fall. When they all start to laugh, True Heart Bear starts crying and runs away.
True Heart Bear sits alone at the stream on Waterfall Cloud when Oopsy Bear joins her. Oopsy Bear explains that the other bears think the story about True Heart Bear falling is funny, but don't understand that True Heart is embarrassed. Oopsy Bear says the others aren't trying to hurt her, but True Heart Bear points out that doesn't stop it from hurting.
Cheer Bear and Tenderheart Bear are searching for True Heart Bear, but can't find her. They meet up with the other bears and realize how their teasing has hurt True Heart's feelings. Oopsy Bear continues to comfort True Heart Bear, and tells stories of some of the mistakes he made. Like the accident he had with the balloon during the preparations for the rainbow night celebration, the time he caused Grumpy Bear's fan invention to fly through the roof of his garage or the time he dropped Grizzle's invention into the fountain when he was trying to deliver it. True Heart Bear feels better knowing that everyone will eventually forget about her mistake, the same way they do with Oopsy Bear's accidents. Oopsy Bear encourages True Heart Bear to return to Care-a-Lot and tell everyone how she feels.
True Heart Bear sulks at Waterfall Cloud.
Tenderheart Bear and Harmony Bear rush to meet True Heart Bear as she returns. They apologize for teasing as True Heart explains that she doesn't like being teased. With all that cleared up, Harmony Bear and Tenderheart Bear ask for True Heart Bear's help to paint the library. True Heart Bear assist with painting the library blue with pink hearts and patterns. Harmony and Tenderheart Bear start fighting about adding more of their preferred color when they fall. They land on Amigo Bear's ice cream cart and end up charging through Cheer Bear, Share Bear, and Amigo Bear's picnic before falling into the fountain, just like True Heart Bear did. Harmony Bear ask if everyone is going to laugh at them, but True Heart Bear says she'll only laugh with them if they think it's funny too. Tenderheart Bear and Harmony Bear agree it was hilarious, and all the bears laugh together. Tenderheart Bear says now it's their turn to be called Stumbles, but True Heart Bear says only if they agree to it first. Tenderheart Bear says he should be called "Rolly Bear," and Harmony says she'll be "Fall, Bounce, and Splash Bear."

The error from the "Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot" Season 1 episode named "Heatwave" was fixed in the flashback. Now, Cheer Bear is sitting on the stool instead of the second Share Bear.
- In this "Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot" Season 2 episode, Amigo Bear has a completely different ice cream cart. Most likely, it is a replacement of his last ice cream cart that Grizzle stole it in the "Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot" Season 1 episode named Ice Creamed. [5]
- Those are Hugs and Tugs's second appearances in "Care Bears: Adventures in Care-A-Lot". They last showed up in the Season 1 episode of the TV series named Oopsy the Hero.
