The Shape shifting cloud is a spell created by Nicholas in the first Care Bears movie to track down the Care Bears.
Abilities
It is able to shape-shift, turning into a tree, a bird, and a swordfish. As a cloud, it is able to fly and track down it's creator's victims.

To The Rescue - The Care Bears Movie
It is possible this spell might have inspired traits in future villains.
- It shares a lot of similarities to No Heart, in that it is purple, has bushy eyebrows, and is able to shape shift.
- It is very similar to Dark Heart, who also appeared as a cloud and was a known shapeshifter.
- The demon summoned in The Big Star Round-Up also bears resemblance.
