Sally and Sarah are twin sisters who appeared in the 5th episode of Nelvana's The Care Bears Family TV series, "Lost at Sea". They are twin sisters who just can't seem to get to get along and are taken to Care-a-Lot to learn how to work together.

When Cheer Bear brings Sally and Sarah to Care-a-Lot to help them get along, she has trouble even telling them apart, let alone get them to stop arguing. When the girls follow Baby Hugs and Tugs onto the Cloud Clipper, they are accidentally set adrift and become lost at sea during a terrible storm. Not only that, but Mr. Beastly has come aboard to try and steal Grumpy Bear's newest navigation device, the Caring Compass.
After losing the cubs, Sally and Sarah find Bedtime Bear, who was asleep in a barrel the whole time, and get him to help look for them. When they end up finding Beastly instead, the group has to work together to stop him from getting away with the compass. Hugs and Tugs arrive just in time to help the twins trick the would-be thief into grabbing the wrong bag, and leaves the ship with the cub's toys instead. In the end, the girls learned to work together and developed a new-found respect for one another. Lost at Sea
