We Are The Care Bears is the theme song for Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot, and also a theme song for the Care Bears 2007-12 series. The theme song was performed by Kay Hanley.

The sequence begins with the show's logo, The heart zooms in with Oopsy, Cheer, Share, Funshine and Grumpy are standing in trees and rubbing their belly badges. The badges are alive and fly into all colorful backdrops. Oopsy, Cheer, Share, Funshine and Grumpy put their belly badges. Oopsy removes his belly badge, drawing the show's logo and the four are standing on bricks.

- Kay Hanley (although she never appeared in the TV version) has 5 different outfits and electric guitars in the music video.
- The first is Funshine inspired and consists of a bright yellow T-shirt with a darker yellow long-sleeved shirt underneath and yellow/brown-toned striped pants. Her hair is worn down and she wears long ears with red circles on them. She plays a yellow guitar with a F holes.
- The second is Cheer inspired and consists of a light pink T-shirt with a rainbow icon and darker pink long sleeves, a brown skirt, pale pink tights, dark red socks and brown boots. Her hair is tied up into a high ponytail and her guitar is similar to the Funshine one, but pink with a rainbow picture. It doesn't have a strap, since she's sitting down while playing it.
- The third is general Care Bear inspired rather than being specifically themed after one of them. It consists of a white hoodie with a pink winter pattern on the long sleeves, black pants, and pink sneakers. She is playing a guitar that is teal in color.
- The fourth is Share inspired and consists of a white raglan shirt with purple sleeves and longer purple sleeves underneath, along with a beige skirt, fishnet tights, and black cowgirl boots. Her hair is worn into 2 pigtails and her guitar is dark purple and heart shaped.
- The fifth is Grumpy inspired and consists of a light blue t-shirt with a blue-and-white camo pattern sleeve underneath, with a blue skirt and the same black cowgirl boots from the Share outfit. Her hair is worn into 2 pigtails and she plays a dark blue guitar with some heart decor.
- The sixth and final outfit is Oopsy inspired and consists of a white blouse with a green T-shirt over it, along with a green camo skirt and a green headband. Her guitar is bright green and star shaped.
- There are several different versions of the song:
- The Music Video version removes all electric guitar sounds.
- the Extended version used on Oopsy Does It! and the credits to Grizzle-ly Adventures and Ups and Downs does contain an electric guitar.
- The versions on Care Bears: To the Rescue, Care Bears: Share Bear Shines, and Care Bears: The Giving Festival have slightly different lyrics.
