Anne is a supporting character who appeared in the 14th episode of Nelvana's The Care Bears Family TV series, "The Wrath of Shreeky". She was a city girl who was staying at her grandparents' house in the country and had trouble getting over her fear of bugs until she was helped by Treat Heart Pig.

While visiting her grandparents' farm for the summer, Anne was not only bored, but she was frightened of all the bugs and spiders that seemed to be everywhere. Treat Heart Pig traveled to Earth to help her realize how much fun nature could be, but the two ended up seeing its ugly side when Shreeky showed up and used her magic mirror to turn everything against them. After getting in a paddle boat, the two must make it through a rainstorm, wild rapids and a mud slide before finally escaping their pursuer. Despite the danger they faced, Anne admitted it was the most fun she'd had in a while.
When the two later arrive in the Forest of Feelings, they find that Shreeky has struck again, using her uncle No Heart's growth solution to turn all the plant life in the area into monstrous vines and tendrils. Traveling to No Heart's Castle, the pair manage to secure a bottle of "shrink solution" and make their way back in time to save their friends and return the woodlands to normal. The Wrath of Shreeky
